ilonalowe, an independent alt-folk singer-songwriter born and based in South West London, draws inspiration from artists such as Laura Marling and Alice Glass. Her new single, Someday, is a mix of a demo and a polished production. Just that alone makes it so unique, right? ilonalowe impresses with strong vocals. I like the mellow verses as well as the energetic chorus. They contain brilliant elements.
Someday is a gregarious account of grief’s many forms, and the feeling of freedom that follows the emotional storm. A lot of thoughtfulness can be seen in this. Listen below!
