Broken Dreams Club is the latest single from indie-pop trio The Crying Violets. For a few minutes, it takes you back to the 90s. Music sounds both authentic and catchy. The verses are laid-back, while the other sections are more dynamic.
The band explains, “Broken Dreams Club, is an imaginary bar. Somewhere you can go if you haven’t achieved your dreams, for a sense of unity and comfort, because everyone is there for the same reasons. We love the juxtaposition of a somber lyric with happy melodies.”
Broken Dreams Club could be considered the bop of the day. An excellent production that displays enough balance. Listen below!
