Cat Rose Smith grew up among the redwoods of Northern California and currently lives in London. Her latest single, Half Moon Light, sounds really great. It’s richly harmonised, with Celtic influences interwoven throughout.
The song has some captivating lyrics. They draw inspiration from the Dungeons & Dragons universe and give an intriguing look at the story of the banshee – an eerie female ghost whose screams announce the death of someone near to the one who hears it.
Smith put considerable effort into creating Half Moon Light. It has to be one of the most creative songs I’ve heard in a long time. Listen below!
