It features great guitar melodies and driving drums. The lyrics are beautifully accentuated by the vocals, which sound crystal-clear.
The accompanying music video tells the story of a woman who cannot sleep because her lover is sleeping with someone else. Gayse filmed this video in Nashville on a warm summer day, and each location tells a story. She loves the bed scenes in the field. It was a lot of fun to shoot because she really got to express her heartbreak. The scenes between her and her new girlfriend are very impactful and enrich the narrative.
