Danish singer-songwriter EMI WIDE releases her new single, Big Shark Club. It’s about wanting to belong in that big, shiny world of success while feeling like a small fish in an ocean of pressure. On the outside, you look composed and put-together; on the inside, you’re just trying to keep from sinking.
I love the song’s sound. It mixes pulsing synths and crisp beats with an almost breathless energy, mirroring the non-stop hustle the lyrics describe. The vocals are incredible in their delivery of everything.
