Emily Davies is a Buffalo, New York–born singer-songwriter and choral director. She shares her new single, generations. It talks about rejecting today’s ever-changing beauty standards and finding strength in your roots. The lyrics are very powerful, in my opinion. You’ll be smitten by them quickly.
I love the creative production of this song. The guitar-driven melody is simply perfect, for example. The vocals sound cohesive because they are layered with precision.
Davies continues to deliver brilliant music. Check out generations below!
