Love You Later is the alt-pop project of Nashville-based artist, Lexi Aviles. With her new single, Lonely Around You, she continues to dazzle. It talks about feeling emotionally distant and out of touch when you’re with someone who isn’t really themselves. Even though they say and do all the right things, you know their heart and mind are somewhere else.
I love the production of this song. It has catchy guitar riffs and pounding drums, which blossom throughout. A vibrant vocal interprets the lyrics beautifully.
