Krooked Kings is an indie beach-rock band from the land-locked state of Utah. They release their new single, Ugly Love. It trades polish for emotional clarity and explores the messier sides of romance. The lyrics do their job well, making you fully immersed.
I really enjoy the production throughout. It’s pretty pop-oriented, though with a few experimental touches. The vocals are dynamic, creating patterns of their own.
