Ruby Jones’ new single Nightwalker is a dreamy indie-rock meditation on the type of longing that feels like possession, where you’re pulled in by the moon but cut by the knife every time.
The production of this song sounds amazing. Around 2:10 things get really interesting as a large choir bridge swells in like a congregation of lost souls, building toward that final chorus. The vocals are steady throughout, providing real impact.
