Mirrorball is a SoCal dream pop duo comprising singer-songwriter Alexandra Johnstone and composer Scott Watson. Their new single, Devil Mirror, talks about the distorted reflection of yourself you see when you’re caught between who you are and who you’re becoming.
Produced by Chris Coady through a vintage Neve console, the track is characterized by a Gainsbourg-inspired bass groove, gliding guitars and cloudy synths that keep everything floating somewhere between dream and reality. Dream-pop at its best, making you feel slightly different after listening to it.
