We’re happy to let you know that Flora Fiora has released Getting Out, the first taste of her upcoming EP In No Particular Order, due September 4th via Right Tracks Recordings, the label from Chrysalis co-founder Chris Wright.
And how does it sound? To be honest, absolutely amazing. It features rich organic indie pop textures that serve as a beautiful foundation for the vocal performance. Especially during the chorus, everything comes together perfectly. The overall style reminds me a bit of Lizzy McAlpine, which is terrific.
The lyrics relate to a breakup. But instead of portraying it very negatively, Flora emphasizes its freedom. Like, you don’t have to live in that sad mode 24/7 anymore and you can do whatever you want.
Getting Out offers so much quality. You really have to check it out below!
