Indie-pop singer-songwriter Flora Fiora, from Chedworth, Gloucestershire, shares Mad In The Head, which talks track about recognizing when a long-term friendship has become toxic. After years of unhealthy behavior feeling normal, the song marks the moment of stepping back, seeing the damage, and finally choosing to walk away.
Powered by both acoustic guitar and bass guitar, the production here is alt-pop at its finest. The vocals sound convincing, raising the intensity of the narrative to unprecedented levels.
Mad In The Head is a beautiful showcase of Fiora’s more vulnerable side. She really delivers on this one, and I’m excited to watch how she moves forward with her music.
