Singer-songwriter Livia Drew releases her new single, Poking Holes. It features a cinematic soundscape that positions itself as unique. In particular, I find the strings and bassline cool throughout. The vocals are certainly brilliant too.
Poking Holes was written to capture the disorienting shift toward emotional disappearance within an all-consuming relationship, where love erases your identity and leaves you behind as a ghost in your own body.
