Laylo is an artist from Vancouver who delivers her own mix of alternative and indie pop. Last August, she released 12 Past Midnight. The lyrics explore the intoxication of falling in love, from lying awake thinking about that person to almost feeling ashamed of the extent to which they have influenced you.
12 Past Midnight features a cool production that balances atmospheric textures with dynamic, groovy ones. The vocals are steady the entire time, they definitely steal the show.
My guess is that 12 Past Midnight will end up on your playlist today, considering its quality. Start listening below!
