Australian singer/songwriter Seb Szabo releases Twice, a collaboration with fellow Melburnian and ARIA-nominated pop artist Gretta Ray. The sweeping guitars create the song’s mesmerizing background. At the center are delicate, smooth vocals, which perfectly convey each word’s meaning.
Written in fifteen minutes over a weekend away in Sydney in 2018, Twice Over is the tender story of Melbourne indie artist Seb Szabo’s real-life ”Before Sunrise” moment – meeting and falling in love with a stranger, and the beginnings of the long-distance relationship.
I consider this to be one of the finest duets released this year. Both Gretta and Seb show outstanding talent. They put heart and soul into their performance. Check out Twice below!
